Nothing to Lark about

Keeping in the spirit of electro bands, I’m presenting one of the best electro to come out of Cape Town. Lark, headed by vocalist Inge Beckmann and DJ Paul Ressel.
Their songs have a dreamy lyrical quality about them, that blends into the electro metal thumping that kicks in, and takes your heart with it. They are a sought after fixture at the local festivals, including the renowned OppiKoppi fest that happens every year in August. Contrary to what many of the sites say, when I spoke to Inge and Paul at OppiKoppi last year, they confirmed that Lark has not broken up.
Seeing them live is an experience no one should miss. Currently in studio, writing a follow up to their mind blowing debut, this is a band that you have to keep your eye on.
