Check out Spectrals, aka Lois Jones who is blending the Yorkshire charm of The Cribs and Arctic Monkeys with some of the whimsical type sounds of Miles Kane to create some jolly enjoyable dreamy tuneage.
The guitar kinda reminds me of less chaotic versions of early Libertines, The View and Fratellis style fretwork, an absolute winner in my book for creating a really appealing, bouncy and very British sound.
“Peppermint” reminds me of lazy days spent in the park on sunny days – it feels like a very nostalgic tune, great stuff.
